Do you have the business processed mapped out? If you do than go from that. Most canned solutions will want you to change your process to their process to use their app. At times that makes things difficult.
Making your own call center is not that hard if you had some time to understand what are all the business processes involved.
I created my first call center app back in R4.5 in 1996 after taking the Domino development and adminstration classes -- it is not rocket science to build one.
